Omg! They took forever... They literally took 2 hrs and a few minutes. I called and she left me on hold 4 min said yeah it just left, it's in the way. Really They listened to no vegetables in the notes but didn't send extra gravy and my other request

I'm very happy with this place. Only about 45 minutes from the time I place my order. The portions are large and the food is very good and well packaged. The deliver person is very efficient and nice. They forget to provide utensils and napkins some of the time.I have ordered from them about 7 times and they are consistent.

The food was great. I think they missed my request for only mustard sauce, with extra mustard sauce packets. I only got two, but got three sweet/sour and three soy sauce packets. Really, I only wanted the mustard sauce packets.

The food is good and packaged properly. They give you a good portion and it is usually hot upon arrival. I tend to have it delivered and the wait time is not long...1/2 hr to 45 mins, 1 hour tops. I have ordered from this place many times , different items and never gotten sick either. That is a good sign. The online ordering system works well and you can pay cash when it arrives. I'm happy with them.
